Shipping Information –
Since all orders are custom made we will ship your order in 10 business days from receipt of payment. Though in most cases, the turnaround time is faster. All orders are shipped via Priority USPS (with delivery confirmation and insurance) at a flat rate of $8.95, if you choose to have a faster service that cost will be passed on to you.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies –
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please be certain of the make, model number, crystal colors, designs, etc. of your phone/case before placing an order. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours for a replacement. In addition, OMG! It’s Bling!, is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our cases/faceplates just snap right over your phone, but AGAIN we are not responsible for improper handling or installation. We hold the right not to cancel an order after it is placed and processed due to the custom nature of our product. We pride ourselves in offering on the highest quality merchandise and our customer satisfaction is very important to us. A customer service representative is available via email or telephone to answer any questions that you may have before placing an order.

2. When can I expect my order?
Custom orders are shipped 10-14 business days. Items in stock normally take 1-2 business days.
3. Do the crystals stay on?
Yes! OMG! It’s Bling! stands behind all work, HOWEVER, you want to treat your case/faceplate like JEWELRY. If you drop your phone, you run a high chance for damage. And over time and use, a crystal may fall off. Just in case, we have included some extra stones for you. (Extra crystals will not be included with products under $49.95)
4. Does OMG! It’s Bling! offer Wholesale orders?

Wholesale Information & Policies
Thank you for your interest in being a wholesale client with OMG! It’s Bling!, wholesale pricing is available for approved accounts only. Please submit your wholesale application online at www.queenofbling.net. Someone will contact you shortly to discuss your approval. Please take a moment to review our guidelines for wholesale accounts.
Cell Phone Cases – (Quantities & Pricing)
· CRYSTAL CASES
o 12 piece minimum for first order. 6 piece minimum all orders after. You may mix and match different crystal case styles to complete the minimum requirement.
o PRICING STARTS AT $55.OO All cases included 3-5 extra stones in the event something happens. Additional stones are available for additional fee, if you would like to offer that to your clients.
o The starting price point of $55.00 is for a PLAIN SOLID COLOR CASE – NO DESIGNS OR CHARMS. Suggested retail $100.00 and up.
o Crystal cases with designs or custom work start at $65.00, this includes the current trend of animal print (zebra, leopard, etc), damask, names or initials (if done by freehand with crystals). Suggested retail $125.00 and up.
o Crystal cases with charms start at $85. Suggested Retail $175 & up.
o WE WILL DISCUSS FULL DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER AND IDEAS AND HAVE YOU SIGN OFF ON ALL DESIGNS & COST BEFORE ANY ORDER IS PLACED. ALL SALES FINAL.
Cell Phone Cases – (Quantities & Pricing) cont.
· Cupcake Design Cases
o PRICING STARTS AT $20.00, which includes the cupcake design with crystal “sprinkles” and 3 plastic charms. Any additional items are priced per item added. Suggested retail $40 and up.
· Acrylic Rhinestone Cases
o PRICING STARTS AT $35.00. Same policies apply as crystal cases, due to the time it takes to apply each stone by hand one at a time.
Crystal Readers –
· Must purchase 1dozen per each order, price $240.00 per dozen. Suggested retail $35.00 per individual reader.
